  • Giving a status during publishing will apply it to the version metadata
When you publish content with a status, it will now apply that status to the version metadata.
  • Marking a publish in Slack with the Approvals buttons will now update the version metadata with the status
  1. Mark the publish with the corresponding status in Prism.
  2. Apply comments left by the user who approved or rejected the publish in Prism.
(Requires the Bolt Server to be running and connected to the Project)
  • Adds CBB And Needs Revised project statuses if they don’t exist
When you publish to Slack, it makes sure that the project has the CBB and Needs Revised statuses and if they don’t it adds them to the project automatically.

There isn’t anything new in the Community Edition for this update, we are still waiting to make sure there are no major issues with some of the new features in the Studio Edition from the previous version (v2.1.0).

  • View in Slack
  • Artist Notification on Export
  • Streamlined Package Installation
